Refund and Exchange Policy

All sales are final unless one of the following exceptions is met.

Faulty damaged or incorrect merchandise. If you recieve an item that is damaged or incorrect please notify us at via whatsapp for review. Depending on the issue we will either give you replacement points or send you a new one if available. Replacement is not available to packaging damages of an item, we will replace items if the "actual" item itself is damaged by shipping.  Pls make sure  your shipping address is accurate when making an order.  Be sure you are reachable and available when package is delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After the package tracking info is marked "delivered" the order is complete.  There will be no refund after an order is shipped, you agree to this by making an order.
